Gulo,

No need to be embarrassed. I'm in the same boat, except I've picked up some large cap cyclical stocks and have traded some as well.

We seem to have the same interest in stocks or I've just traded way too many. I've owned WED (when it was spun off as a dividend), HHO (bought late Dec. and sold before it took off in Feb.)and GLE (yeah, I started the thread on SI).

I've looked at RNO, it is interesting as it was a spin off from highly successful CHC and there was some recent insider buying. Unfortunately the industry is cyclical.

As for TIM, I heard the offer is essentially of 1/6 of the shares. Re-reading the NR, they all and still seem to say that Becanour was to sell their 11M shares (was it 7M flat out and the other 4M via the tender offer). However, it appears they will tender ALL their shares to the offer. Sounds like poor wording in the news release.

Ciao
