history has shown a dismal track record for Arab democracy usually it brings generalizations that are not flattering I have zero confidence in democratic representation in Iraq yesterday I heard an utterly stupid comment from an expert he said the 40% illiteracy in Iraq is perfect for Iraq they can start a democracy with a clean slate well, after the factioning infighting after the clerical murders after the retributions from 30 yrs of murders after the atrocities are dealt with no way this will turn more chaotic they are allowing looting of govt buildings now will they allow murder of Ba'ath party members in public streets they issed a 55 Most Wanted list yday wanted dead, alive, or pursued it is now open season restoring order will be difficult always is when Pandora's Box is opened I would much rather open Theresa's more predictable results / jim
