It may turn out to be nothing. Even Fox has repeatedly said
this. However, in regards to the report you posted.......

The embedded journalist is from Fox News. He reported live
on air extensively of this potential WMD discovery.

Did you note that Fox contacted an IAEA inspector from Iraq
who was unaware that there were any underground facilities
there?

Fox has reported on air that they took multiple tests that
were indicative of weapons grade plutonium.

And at no point in any report did anyone mention that any
seals had been broken, or any containers opened before,
during or after the radio active tests were taken.
