Sorry, Brazil is not evil enough. Maybe you can get lessons from Argentina and throw nuns and other dissidents out of airplanes over the Atlantic. Cuba could give you some lessons, and they would be cheap.

I think who you would want to emulate would be Raphael Trujillio of the Dominican Republic. Worse than Papa Doc Duvalier in Haiti, and that's saying something. Trujillio was personally condemed by the Pope for torture and other things.

You don't want to get invaded by the U.S. - it would just push up property prices on the beaches...
