The United States military will import military personnel who are experts in civil engineering to make need infrastructure repairs. Quickly. American MPs will be brought to Iraq shortly to do police work. It isn't as though this stuff hasn't been thought through in advance. You pantywaist libs get all excited about stuff that, luckily, Pentagon experts have pretty much thought through... Hmmmmmmmmm...........did you do lunch with Rummy and he told you all this? The only reason I ask is because a couple of different generals involved in the war effort....one was Wallace.....keep saying that the US military is not a peacekeeping force, and last I knew, American MPs are part of the US military.
