I guess looting, like killing innocent Americans, is dictated in the Koran? That comment has a double edge to it. The "Great Saten" does seem to be the cause (and presiding) over this anarchy. I am sure the faithful have something to say about it. The scenes are not as bad as "Cops" on TV though.

holier-than-thou Muslims of Baghdad Iraq is one of the least religious places in the Muslim world, and has been over the past couple of decades. You may have noticed that it was a SECULAR dictatorship, and not an Islamist state. As for the general misbehavior at collapse of authority re human nature, check out "Lord of the Flies" by William Golding. Add to that several decades of extreme poverty and need. You would understand the reasons for the looting in Iraq.
