Dave when you are dealing with WMD especially bio warfare your targets hit can set off an immediate death threat to all. You risk numerous lives in the process bio war fare is wrong all war is wrong. I suppose i could say during the time of the riots he acted accordingly, he protected himself from attack. I could also say an act that we should be taught one actions results in an another action which can end up as over reaction for the many. For me Dave, I will always opt for the method that saves lives that is not spare the rod and spoil the child. Your response would differ that saving lives is what we are doing. I understand how you feel but i ever feel that war is a last result of inability of solve.
