FYI
I am being ignored by sun and jacob and i am sure a few others on the left and i try to ignore them back as best i can. I tend to agree with ken though, and would like to read all posts. When Sun or Jacob post something i consider outlandish, it is very frustrating not to be able to respond to them. So i have reciprocated. The only other person I have on ignore is Karen and that's for the "blood pressure" reason. Mike

It does encourage folk to talk only with their ideological soul mates. There are places on SI for folk to do this. Plenty of threads, even some started by members of this thread, which are clearly meant to perform that function. This one was not meant to be that.
