The 4thID and the 173rdAB are landing in force as we speak to insure that there are in fact enough troops. The looting and chaos is inevitable given the vaccuum the collapse of the regime has created and the lag period between ending the combat phase and beginning the policing phase of the operation. I don't see the looting causing deaths and also the retribution type killing has been much less than I expected..... Still there is plenty of risk to be sure despite the positive signs I mentioned....
