Exactly! It isn't hearsay! It is first hand accounts
recorded by the journalist! It was people who actually went
in there & saw it with their own eyes & then told their own
story themselves. It was personal knowledge & not another's
statement.

And this is not a court proceeding. It is news, gathered
normally, except in a war zone.
