"I was completely out of the market from mid-2000 to post 911 2001. I was bearish at that time. I was short 3 stocks and didn't trade. Please stop misrepresenting my position."-- lizzie

lizzie, when you say you were "out of the market" in that time frame... do you mean some other market?.. 'cause it looks like you were right in there with the "market" for new economy stocks at that time, liz, and it only took me a nano-second to find you on the "New Economy" thread, because i knew right where too look... at the current top of that bear rally... late Jan 2001, i remember it well, a major confirmation of the bear market.

Jan 29, 2001- lizzie says: "...Hey what are your current thoughts on nuance. That vr area is really heating up as far as I can see. I traded out but I'm thinking I might sell some b2bs and move it into nuance." #reply-15264749

Feb 10, 2001- "...I'm in a bunch of those stocks (ARBA Jdsu Jnpr Chkp Pmcs Qcom Brcd Yhoo Beas Ebay) and my portfolio is flat from dec 4th ." #reply-15331847

Feb 25, 2001- "...I'll bet if you diversify into fmkt at these levels you will be happy. Lizzie " #reply-15408241

"As opposed to some who continually drive home their objective of a multi-year bear market or whatever, when the market is clearly not in that mode."

"drive home their objective" ???

it is not my "objective" to promote a bear market... it IS what it IS... i would prefer to trade a bull market, it's more fun, but meanwhile, back to reality

if you had listened to my "objective"... #reply-15895534

you might have saved yourself some money

of course at that time we were "clearly not in a bear mode also" ???

lizzie, i hope not too many bought people into your bullish drivel at every market top

many of those stocks your were chirping about are down 90%

here's another example, one year later at another bear rally top, Jan 2002 #reply-16867581

"... Another cheap software play - verticalnet vert. Lizzie"

VERT is down about 95% from that time after adjusting for 1 for 10 reverse split

nice call lizzie!

and you were calling for the "new bull" Feb 11, 2002 #reply-17045819

"...He believes we will enter a new bull this year. I also think that, based on my contacts in software... Lizzie"
