....or It all depends on whose ox is being gored. Yiwu largely has the leftist/pacifist view of things international combined with a nationalist view of China. But she has a wealth of information she has shared with us about what the chinese people may be thinking. I think it is a maturation process that gets a people comfortable enough to take criticism. China is a young country in terms of transparency. Yiwu's kids will drive her crazy, i suspect with all sorts of far out opinions. Sixties coming to china soon--they are in the fifties now. mike
