Rumsfeld had some good points today. One was to think about the kind of looting that would occur in US cities under similar conditions. I have to confess that compared to US looters, Iraqi looters are pretty restrained.

JB,
Just heard it on NPR. I loved it. When did the "press" get so dumb? Where is Ed Murrow? Actually the inbeds did a great job except arnett and rivera. Got a brief story about Geraldo i heard on msnbc. When he reappeared in iraq after the brouhaha, soldiers all ran over to him to shake his hand and get his autograph. After he left MSNBC inbed asked an officer why the fuss over shaking Geraldos hand. Officer answered, Dont ask me where those hands were before they shook Geraldos. As my kids used to say GROSS! Mike
