I'm very pro-American. The truth sets us free, not cover-ups and disinformation campaigns. If post-War Iraq is a quagmire we ought to know, prepare, be ready for it and next time we invade a country have a major post-war program already in plce complete with 100,000 peacekeepers. We're going to have to make it up as we go along here. Rumsfield doesn't like the press reporting the chaos and looting, but he's always been for controlling the press and issuing only pro-Bush stories. But does that serve us well? Look what happened in Vietnam. The answer is no. On the other hand we dont want to be pessimistic. We just need to be informed, smart, prepared and proactive.
