the Skeet fires an explosively formed penetrator (EFP) slug downward through the top of the target vehicle. that's a shaped blob of liquid copper at 15,000 ft/sec (11,000 miles/hr), a 'kinetic' payload that cuts right through the tank. There is also a ground fired version, shoot it over to the other side of the hill and the several tanks waiting there are toast. Can be automatically fired like a remote tank trap. Not healthy to be a tanker these days...
