I've got another solution. Anybody and everybody provides any weapon anyone in the ME wants- -for cash. Let them shoot it out with each other until only one man is left standing. Then we'll go in and shoot him and start over. Your requirements are absurd. As long as you stick to them, you will never have peace. Frankly, at this point I'd say the US should aid none of the ME nations either economically or militarily. And that includes Israel. And the ban should extend to individual US citizens, just like the ban on Cuba. If you guys are going to take a hard, uncompromising line that causes your a$$es to get shoved into the sea, so be it.
