CD, On the contrary, the EWT guys see gold in an rally over the short term. The bearish posture is on an intermediate basis. As for their theory, I can only say what I have observed over the last few years I've been watchin them. They have been worng in the past and will be again. I am on the side that gold will not make new lows and will head to new all time highs before the end of the decade. But I do not share the optimism of thos who think the bull market is on and gold will make $400 this year. I have this event in 2004-2005.
