Nabil Sabaa, a well-known writer, said the fall of Saddam symbolizes end of
Arab leaders known of empty rhetoric and slogans. "Any leader like Saddam will
evaporate and forgotten."

Unfortunately, no. They don't just evaporate and be forgotten. If it wasn't for the US forcing his removal, Saddam would have remained in power till the end of his days. Just as all the other petty autocrats in the ME will, without pressure of one form or another.
