The Captain and I wondered the same thing today..BTW, what was the relationship between Eason Jordan and Uday Hussein? Why does Uday tell Jordan that the his going to kill the two son-in-laws before hand? How does that happen? Why does Uday trust him with the information? Why does he give him the information? Eason Jordon evidently went to the King of Jordan as well....who just brushed it off as "a madman".... And I TOTALLY agree here.... CNN had time for Ramsey Clark no time for the truth from Iraq.

CNN underreported the Crisis in Iraq, took an anti-Administration editorial stance and fed it's cleansed view of Iraq to the world. Seeing that CNN had nothing bad to say about Iraq but CNN did have bad things to say about the administration, peope might come to the conclussion that the administration was making a terrible mistake. To the thread, Those claims are irresponsible unless backed up with at least minimal documentation. Is Paul talking about some known CNN policy? Not likely, since Paul, nor none of us are privy. Is Paul talking about a conclusion he reaches on the basis of watching CNN during this invasion? Certainly. But if you watched it, you are aware that reporters varied in terms of their critical distance from the Bush administration--some were cheerleaders, some were mildly distant, some were more. I concluded from that there was no policy, save that they wished to keep the extremes off. So, if Paul saw something different, what is his evidence? Hang the bastards! However funny that's meant to be, it's definitely over the top.
