I'm guessing 12-18 months to hold a referendum on a constitution. Then we move ahead from there to actual elections....

"The job" is so huge I doubt whether any country could finish it. We didn't have the "charter" to do what needed to be done either. The world was not with us, and because of that, "the job" we have to do is bigger and more complex than it would have been if we had waited to get agreement. Because we rushed in alone, "the job" will be examined by the world with such scrutiny that I think it practically assures we will fail- even we don't think we have. We have won the "war", there was no doubt we would- but I doubt we will win the peace.
