I dont recollect saying "external forces" will be there for the entire duration. Maybe just long enough to get it kick started, and then let them work it out. I don't think we'll leave in any sizable fashion until then, so I disagree. If we start bailing without guaranteeing the process is thoroughly underway, it would be a big mistake as I see it. I think we'll see a constitution sooner rather than later, if for nothing else so we can start pulling out troops, to prevent it appearing to be occupation. I find that way too optimistic. My feeling is "1 generation". Time will tell. Yep. Time will tell. Pretty murky water here. Derek
