Did USA try in Africa ? No white men running things in Africa, Gary. There is a world wide image of the "White Hunter" who ran Africa. Won't sell anywhere. The UN efforts have failed. The countries that Colonized them can't go back for the same reasons that the US can't go in. So let's do it with Asians! And Private Corporations, run for a profit, with defined goals laid down by the UN, has a chance of working. I know we need a totally new approach.The Chinese should jump at the chance.
