Tomas, Thanks...neither worked. Your last link helped me solve the problem. It seems about a week ago I received a strange hack attack alert from BlackIce Defender, even though my router is a firewall. Alert was described as an IP no., not as an actual web name. I failed to associate the no. with the nationalpost. In short, I blocked myself and didn't recognize this until I saw the IP ref. no. you listed. Strange. Of all the sites I visit, this is the only one that has produced an alert after installing router/firewall. Thanks again! whitepine
