I thought Putin had Hussein holed up in one of his embassy basements. Smuggled out of Iraq by his embassy entourage on the road to Damascus.

A bit of trivia about US Foreign Aid, Israel gets the most followed by Russia that gets the second most. Personally, I can see a significant difference in these two countries gratitude.
