Millitarily, you are right. Politically ? The real political move to attack Iraq began in August, 11 months after 9-11. The public debate had been underway since 9-11 (everyone knew it would be an obvious question). The UN debate last 6 months. No rush, unless you define rush in geological terms. In my mind, the US has been thoughtful, patient and careful in their military response to 9-11. The real moral questions should be aimed at France, Russia and China who have undermined and weakened the containment of Iraq for 12 years. Paul
