Graham would have probably given Gore Florida cleanly. Lieberman was supposed to deliver Florida and probably did, but they were cheated out of it because the vote was so close. In the end, Lieberman did nothing for Gore but raise him some $$ and turn off some closet anti-semitics, including many in places like Arkansas and Tennessee, which Gore should have won. I admire Lieberman greatly but he is practically a rabbi. That doesn't sell well in Mayberry.
