John, here's a little taste of the dishonest reporting from CNN and others.

Interesting quotes someone put together, Michael. I don't see, however, how they demonstrate "dishonest" reporting. Two quick points because I need to get back to income tax work. First, must "honest" reporting always agree, straightforwardly, with your reading of a situation? As I recall, the reports I watched and heard from within Baghdad always included a brief bit acknowledging censorship. Assuming that to be the case, the on air acknowledgment from an American media anchor, then one takes all those with a grain of salt.

Second, to pass such a judgment on the media really requires a careful look at all their broadcasting from Iraq, not just pasting together snippets which demonstrate one's preconceived view. I have little doubt we will get such an examination. We should all look forward to it.
