how about that 75 billion for 3 months in Iraq? Gosh that would have done some good for those "US poor, downtrodden, underclothed".

The 15 billion for Africa over 5 years(which Bush said he would ask for) isn't there yet, and I doubt it's going to get there, and it isn't going to stop the murderers in Africa- and you seemed to be very concerned about murders in Iraq. There are many many more in Africa.

50 billion per year is NEEDED in Africa to fight AIDS-( you were looking at the links too fast, and you read it wrong), according to estimates- were you under some bizarre impression they were getting that? They're not.
