The only tourist killed in the world today was in Afghanistan? The world is in awesome shape. Not much left to do!
Your concern about museums is a sharp contrast to the old left argument against neutron bombs. Those bombs would elimate the people but spare buildings and infrastructure. No way, says the left. That would be materialistic and capitalistic and show disrespect for human life. And they were scrapped. We've come a long way.

What you don't understand is that conservatives don't shrink from duty because it will be "hard". That is why the conservative folks are so much more sucessful than the lefties. You want an easy life that is given to you, but that is not how life works.
