Appreciate the link. And as far as charging for the information.... Don't have a snappy answer, and no one else seems to either. People won't pay for information that they can get other places. For instance, I refuse to call information for a business phone number $2.50 or so), when I can readily access it by going to google (free)...

And yet storage costs the company money.

Analogy....If you were a cook....
Would you pay $10 for a recipe you really wanted....?
Probably not, unless you could not get it from someplace else for less or free.

But, if that recipe was in a great cookbook that cost $10...would you buy the cookbook even if you could get the recipe someplace else?
Probably....Look at all the other information and recipes you could get....
