Again, placing the body of your argument aside, you propose the ostrich gambit? Stick your head in the sand and hope it goes away?

Interestingly enough, many restaraunts in my area now carry ostrich meat appetizers and entrees. I suppose it could be alpaca meat, but that wouldn't be very neighborly.
