It's a matter of to whom iraquis would be turned over ... not current US admin for sure, that would not make sense after they've blown off the rest of us in the way they've treated international affairs ..... as canadians we should be promoting institutions and processes that work equitably for all on this planet, so we should turn over alleged war criminals to international bodies only .... the Hague, whatever that is there, don't know, but Milosevic doesn't seem happy with it, so it can't be running that poorly .... meantime we can likely charge any of them under the g.w.n. criminal code, with something, for sure the old Vancouver City Police could have nailed them at will with one thing or another In any case, we must stand for the basic principle that a few in one single national capital do not rule the earth by Diktat ... not in our name, anyway, de facto be damned, that can change as the factos change Yours truly, elSup-tomandante@AxesofTreeville.bc.ca
