Yes it is a hard part. But rebuilding the government and infrastructure of Iraq can be extremely beneficial for the USA and long term progress in the Middle East.

It will be dangerous work since there are those in the Middle East who will try to sabotage any progress (eg. OBL, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Syria). But the benefits could be astounding.

My suggestion to Bush. Propose a 10 cent per gallon gas tax to for 10 years to pay for the war and rebuilding effort. Explain that it is each citizen's small contribution to the sacrifice needed to bring justice in Iraq.

We did the right thing by invading. Now we need to make amends to the Iraqi people who we harmed while doing the right thing. It will be good for them and could be great for us.

If successful, in ten or twenty years, George W. Bush could even be considered to be one of the greatest president ever. Even by you!!!!!
