Thanks for the SARS story. Here is the link for it btw. smh.com.au I read some posts by folks knowledgeable in the bio field. Said it would take five years to make a good vaccine probably. During WW2 there was tremendous improvement in technology for radio and radar etc. Likewise, now there is six billion of us, with large surface area of human flesh exposed to outside world, we can get all sorts of bugs and viruses attacking us and jumping the species gap etc. It's like a war situation though, maybe we can get our science beefed up to meet the challenge.
