Yes, 2-party systems are often seen as dictatorial and machiavellian as their level of
representation is so low, as well as their voter participation and as a result
also knowledge.

Comes naturally as 2-party systems are based on voter exclusion based on single seat districts,
making gerrymandering of distritcs the most important process. ("which has served USA well",
especially since the manipulation was reversed in the 1970s)
