The way I look at it...Saddam owes Russia...not Iraq. The Iraqi people never voted to trade with Russia. We should ask the Iraqi people in the streets if they remember voting to purchase anything from Russia.

I figure that it's just like a bankruptcy...the debt just needs to be charged off by the Russians or they can look for Saddam to get paid. Good luck Ruskies!
