Frankly, what you describe here was falling prior to Bush taking office, I'm quite sure. What I'm looking for from you is something that directly connects Bush to the continuation of what clearly started under Clinton. Some unnamed loss of Governmental information available to the public, and adult feature crackdowns somewhere, just don't provide that(blame Rudy G...no, wait...he did that in NYC during the boom, seemingly without harm - though I can fondly remember the kick I got out of witnessing the live sex show they had there back in the Reagan 80's. But seriously, is sex on the internet impeded these days? You are concerned about adult theatre crackdowns affecting the information revolution? Really?).
