HOFF insiders buying???

Thanks for getting me to dig deeper. Perviously I had reviewed recent EDGAR filings, and could see no indication of buying except by Wellington Management (bought 600k shares). The second largest shareholder (Elliott Associates) dumped 300k shares (and its representative resigned from the HOFF Board of Directors).

At EDGAR (www.sec.gov) there were no Form 4's (purchases by HOFF management). But following your note I looked at another source on management purchases. It looks like officers and directors bought 130k shares in March 2003.

Who is Golden Horse, Inc., selling 250k shares?

You are right. I have never seen so many insider buys for one stock. Of course, I'd rather see them committing even more of their own money.
