I've read that he has said that he was opposed to the suicide attacks against Israel. I've read that he has been a partner with Arafat for a long time, which is a bad sign. I've read that he has cancer. Arafat doesn't like Abbas's selections for the new government. That has to be a good sign, unless it is just a ruse. Do you feel that Abbas's increased authority could lead to peace, or is he just another terrorist bastard?
