I don't see that, there is no economy, there is cash and oil. I understand the local police are being rehired in Baghdad, my first thought on hearing that was "how are they going to get paid" my next thought was "who are they going to arrest"

The local infrastructure does not exist, it cannot be rebooted, food distribution will continue or people will starve.

I do get the sense that the world will be watching Iraq far more closely than Afghanistan. People who were economically powerful under Saddam's regime will likely prosper. The traditional purge associated with revolution will not happen.
