Yeah, it looks to me as though France & Russia in particular are going to use the "Sanctions" card to THEIR advantage. I just wonder, when you have a total and complete REGIME CHANGE if those Sanctions should apply. Are they against a nation or a Regime? What would happen if the Iraqi people change the name of their nation and state that they are NOT Iraq but instead IRAP and they know nothing about Iraq? To have "sanctions" against a government totally uninvolved with the original cause of sanctions seems prepostorous to me? jdn
