Do you have a link where any of those instances is said by UN or occupation forces experts to be "plain incontrovertible evidence" of non-cooperation? Take the pesticide barrels for example. Was it non-cooperation that they did not reveal their evil, hidden stockpile of gardening supplies? Or the mystery boot from the camp in an area outside of Bafhdad control. The initial test turned out to be a FALSE positive. How is that bit of sensationalized non-discovery evidence of non-compliance? Or the geological dig at the shoolyard. They failed to report dirt under cement? I can see the Iraqis from that town laughing their asses off. "We got all these great blocks of cement to build a huge barbecue just by telling the "coalition" to break it up for us lol!!"
