Really? Maybe hinted that they do but I don't recall any direct statements that "we know they are located here and here" or even "we know exactly where they are located". Besides its not like a lot of the stuff can't be moved.

But what the Axis of Weasels told us before the war was that they knew exactly where they were located.

And that Saddam was a current threat to use them.
