Don't forget that the Cole bombing was because of a shortage of refuelers at sea, and the fact that clinto wanted to be Yemen's best buddy(as he did everyone), so he sent the Cole in to port to refuel basically unprotected..

Clinton built the armed forces that Bush uses for his criminal enterprise. It's a darn good force, but when they realise what they have done they will have problems with guilt. That will make them less effective if a real war happens.
