The positive suggestion of having them collect funds for truly non aligned aid organizations would be the best way to go, I hope it is eventually handled like that. They all believe they have the "true faith" and will not back off. The Mullahs are just going to have to get along with them. They do in other countries. You have to realize that Evangelical Christianity is the fastest growing Religion in the world, far outstripping the growth of Islam.What we "wisenheimers" see as nonsense, faith healing and speaking in tongues, for instance, is loved in the third world. I think the big reason for this is that we are a Hyperpower. The third world people see this, sees Islam's failure as a culture, and figure they will go with the winner. Happened all over the world in the 19th Century. Take a look at Hawaii. "Fire God no good, lets go with the Presbyterians!" Downtown Honolulu looks like a New England town. Protestant Churches everywhere.
