Actually Jordan could chip in some land for the Palestinian
state since they have alot of refugees living there.

Then there would really be a "viable" state.

I think the Israelis and Palestinians know the map best. I see no reason for any input from anyone else. Outside input can only muddy the process. To think that an outside entity should do it for them is to think that neither side has the intelligence to deal with it.
The lack of real effort between them is the very first stumbling block. Get them past that and they can find a solution. Give them all the time they want. Just make sure they both know 2 things...
1. They get nothing from the US...NOTHING...until it's solved.
2. If either one screws up we invade and replace all parties in authority since they would have shown they can't wield authority responsibly.
