<Here goes the Diplomatic pressure on Syria>

Diplomatic and economic pressure against Syria will not work, unless we get Europe on board. If Turkey doesn't cooperate, Syria can import and export anything through them. Cutting off their oil would work, if we can get all oil-producing nations to cooperate.

So, the expectation of non-military means working against Syria, depends on multilateralism. The only unilateral method that will work, is a military attack.

What do you think the odds are, of France, Germany, Turkey, cooperating with us against Syria?
