"Stalking" to XXX means you take to time to post a reply deconstructing one of her silly and/or hypocritical and/or arrogant posts.....

I'm sorry- I can't read Laz- but I never said he violated the TOU. On SI it is perfectly within the TOU to follow someone around and post derogatory things to them, even if they do not reply- ergo SI stalking is just fine. We know this does not violate the TOU because SI has always allowed it. Laz may have violated the TOU at some time I am not familiar with, but I certainly haven't said he violated it recently. I think I mentioned that taking SI matters OFF of SI is a violation of the TOU (and possibly also criminal). Examples of taking it off SI could be- calling someone at their home, calling someone at work, calling a professional organization with regard to someone on SI because of stuff that happened on SI, calling a spouse, finding out where someone lives and physically confronting them- these are the sorts of things I think are important. The TOU is handy, if SI happens to agree with you about a violation- but it's not criminal law, and it doesn't need to be. For real criminals there is real criminal law. For the ridiculous antics on SI there are the TOU- and they are just about what you need for ridiculous antics- no stronger and no weaker than, imo, they need to be.
