Just every quarter since the tech nuclear winter arrived. That, plus the 68 quarters before that during the bull leading up to the mania; well, those 80 quarters, plus the 40 quarters before when the rebound was expected starting in 1973 with the prediction of a rebound, "...next quarter, or at the latest, in the second half." So those predictions have really only been seen for the past 120 quarters (plus during the bull market before that). So, overall, the tech boom/rebound has been forecast only for the last 2044 quarters since Christopher Columbus used a new high tech compass and boldly forecast a rebound next quarter.
