Dippy. You know, that really is an appropriate handle for you. Uh, yeah, there is going to be a period of military rule by the US Army following Iraq's defeat. Surprise. Did you expect something else? There was military rule in Germany and Japan following their defeat in WW2. MacArthur wrote the Japanese constitution ferchrissakes! There was military rule of the southern US states for several years following the end of the US Civil War. Does this make Abraham Lincoln a war criminal? If you have any sense, please turn it on.
